We're a working ranch, not a drop-in destination — all visits are by appointment. This lets us prepare the herd and give every guest the unhurried experience they deserve. Book through our experiences, stays, or events pages, or reach out via this form to schedule a custom visit.

Generally yes — the alpacas don't take days off, and neither do we during ranch season. Major holidays may slow responses slightly, but you'll always hear back within 24-48 hours at most.
